Refund policy

We take care when packing and dispatching your order to ensure every item is checked thoroughly before being sent out.
We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty. However, we will assess each case individually with our customer care team and will ensure that we find a solution where possible. If you think your product may be faulty, please email us with photos and a description of your concern to info@thebestkind.com.au.
Please note, normal product wear and tear does not fall under the definition of “faulty” and in these instances no refund will be provided.
We are unable to offer a ‘change of mind’ exchange or refund on personalised products and on our gift boxes. As the items are individually embossed by hand, we ask that you carefully review your order to ensure it is correct before making payment.
