Note that if you opt for colored foil monogramming (gold, silver, or rose pink), it may fade over a period of 2-6 months. This is due to the phone's constant use, which can cause heat and oils from hands to cause the foil to deteriorate more rapidly. If it has faded within the half-year mark, we can re-monogram it for you; however, you must cover all shipping costs. To prevent this, it is recommended to choose blind embossing, which will not fade over time.
Do not clean with any chemical. Use water and a microfibre only.

Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely! If you’re local to the Sydney area and prefer to pick up your order, please select the ‘pick up’ option at checkout. Our standard turn around time is 2-3 business days. If you need it sooner we can arrange that - just let us know by sending us an email info@thebestkind.com.au.
Once we’ve added the TBK touch and your order is ready, we will be in touch via email or text to notify you. Please note that pick up location is at our warehouse in Currans Hill, NSW.
What colour monogramming options do you offer?
You can personalise your items in a beautifully embossed Gold, Silver, Rose Pink or select a Blind emboss for a just-as-fancy, but more subtle, impact.
What is blind emboss?
Blind emboss means the leather will be indented with the chosen lettering without any coloured foiling applied.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free shipping over $50 Australia wide and a flat rate of $8.95 on all other orders. We also offer express shipping at $11.95 and you can expect to receive your order between 1-2 days from dispatch.
You can also add a beautiful gift box to any order, at checkout for $5. We will ensure that it is placed into a protective shipping box to ensure it does not get damaged in transit.
